What is the process after I place my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with notification that we have received your order.
If you have not received an email within 24 hours of placing your order please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. (Please note this email is only monitored Monday-Friday).
Click & Collect
All items on this site are available for Click and Collect from Living Emporium and Kitchen Emporium stores or our High Wycombe Warehouse.
Bulky items such as beds and furniture are only available for Click and Collect.
Please note that due to varying stock levels across our Living Emporium stores, all Click and Collect orders are fulfilled by our central warehouse and are then sent to your selected Click and Collect location.
Click and Collect orders can take between 2-5 business days to arrive at your selected location. Country stores may experience some delays depending on transit times
When your order is ready for collection you will be notified of collection instructions by e-mail. Please do not arrive for pickup without being notified that the order is ready.
You will need to show a copy of your order and Photo ID upon collection.
We currently only deliver our smaller sized items to the Perth Metro Area.
At checkout, your delivery address post code will be checked to make sure delivery is available to your area.
If delivery is not available to your area, please contact us to discuss possible delivery options and costs.
